  • Craft Knife
  • Scissors
  • Double Sided Tape
  • A Photo just smaller than the front of your card
  • A plain piece of cardstock folded over like a card
  • Another plain piece of cardstock exactly the same size as the front of your card

STEP 1: Draw

beforeDraw half of a heart on the inside cover of the card.

STEP 2: Cut

beforeNeatly cut right on your heart outline using craft knife.

STEP 3: Fold

STEP 4: Tape

beforeFold your card open again and stick a strip of double sided tape on all sides EXCEPT the inside edge.

STEP 5: Stick

beforeRemove the protective layer from tape and stick your smaller piece of cardstock down, covering the heart cutout from the inside.

STEP 6: Slide

beforeSlide a photo face down between the two pieces of card so that it shows through the heart cutout.

STEP 7: Scribble

beforeScribble sweet nothings and give card to your sweetheart.

Taking It Further

  • Cut out multiple small hearts for even more photo love
  • Collage photos instead of using just one large one
